Export dbf table to PostgreSQL

Following this simple codeline using ogr2ogr ogr2ogr -f "PostgreSQL" PG:"host=the_postgresql_server user=the_postgresql_username dbname=the_postgresql_database password=the_postgresql_password" table_dbf_tobe_exported.dbf -nln "newtable"
dbf tables can be exported to PostgreSQL.
